The Residences

The Residences at 619 Brickell by Nobu

296 homes across 75 stories, arranged in five collections from the fifth floor to the seventy-first, with two-level Sky Villas between them and four Penthouses. Every living room and primary bedroom faces the water.

Designed Around the View

Every Residence Turned Toward the Bay

Foster + Partners was given one directive for 619 Brickell: every residence must have the best water view possible. The answer is a tower that twists gently toward Biscayne Bay as it rises, so the view is not reserved for the top floors.

The 296 residences sit in five collections, each a band of floors with its own set of plans. Two-level Sky Villas occupy the floors between the collections, and four Penthouses complete the building. Living rooms and primary bedrooms open to the water throughout, behind full-height glass with 10-foot ceilings and wraparound terraces.

The three-bedroom-and-den CB plan is effectively the same home in Collections Two, Four and Five, at 2,754 to 2,763 SF with nearly identical room sizes. What changes as you move up is the floor and the view, not the plan, so settle the floor band you want before you fall for a layout.
