Level by Level
The lower floors of the tower began as a freehand sketch by Foster + Partners: undulating glass walls and a saucer-shaped structure that lifts off from the third floor and funnels down to the Brickell waterfront walkway. Those floors hold the Nobu restaurant, the wellness center and the fitness studios.

Wellness and Longevity by Nobu
The developer puts its investment in the center at $25 million. It combines a longevity clinic, a Japanese-inspired spa and a full movement program on two levels of the pavilion.
Longevity Center
Hyperbaric oxygen chamber, cryotherapy chamber, IV and peptide therapy, ozone therapy, red light therapy, PEMF, mind wave therapy and a neuro-reset healing pod.
Salt and Heat

Fitness Studio
A fitness studio with panoramic views, a heavy lifting and HIIT studio and an on-site personal training office.

Pilates with Reformer, Mega-Reformer and EXO chairs, an indoor yoga and spinning studio, lymphatic rebound training, and outdoor yoga and sound healing pavilions.
Recovery and Care
A physical therapy suite, sports recovery modalities, a wellness juice bar and an on-site wellness concierge.
The wellness equipment is intended for general wellness and recreation, not to diagnose or treat any condition. Access may require reservations or additional fees.
The Pool Deck and Recreation
The developer calls the eleventh floor paradise atop the podium. It is where the resident cafe, the sports club and the children's spaces meet the pool.

Read the brand terms before you price the brand. The restaurant and the cafe are commercial units the developer will sell to third parties, and the Nobu name on the common amenities depends on a license the association has to sign and keep. That is normal for branded residences, and it is exactly what the condominium documents should spell out for you.
