Collections, Lines and Letters
Each collection is a band of floors with its own plate. Collection One covers floors 5 to 8, Two floors 13 to 27, Three floors 30 to 43, Four floors 46 to 59 and Five floors 62 to 71. The Sky Villas take the floors in between, at 28 and 29, 44 and 45, and 60 and 61.
Within a collection, each line has a letter, CA through CF. The letters repeat from one collection to the next, but the homes behind them do not: CA is a two-bedroom and den in Collection Two and a four-bedroom and den in Collection Four. Read the collection and the letter together.
The areas on these plans run to the outside face of the exterior walls and the middle of the walls between units. The Declaration measures only the interior airspace, so the figure in the condominium documents will be smaller. Compare 619 with another building on the same method, and ask me for the Declaration figure on any residence you are serious about.

Sky Villas, Penthouses and the Sky Flat
Sky Villa plans for floors 28, 44 and 60: four-bedroom and den layouts on 28 and 60 with a second family room, a summer kitchen and a terrace pool, and a three-bedroom on 44. The four Penthouses run over three levels. The Sky Flat is a single-floor five-bedroom home with a game room, office, sauna, steam room and plunge pool.

Availability moves line by line, and the most requested lines and floors are repriced first as the building sells.
