Priced Residence by Residence
619 Brickell is open to the public and selling at the current release. The developer prices each home on its own, by collection, line, floor and view, and the list changes as residences sell.
Rather than publish a figure that can be out of date by the time you read it, WIRE Miami sends the developer's current unit list, with the price, size, floor and view of every available residence, the day you register.

I am a buyer in this building myself, so I watch this list closely. The developer intends to raise prices as the building sells: the most requested lines and floors are repriced first, with further increases at construction milestones. Choose the collection and the line first, then look at the number for that home.
Four Things That Move the Number
Floor band
Five collections from floors 5 to 71. The same plan repeats across collections, so height is often the main difference between two homes.
Line and view
Each line faces its own slice of the bay and the skyline. The tower's twist toward the water gives every residence a water view, but not the same one.
Terrace
Terraces run from 98 SF on the smallest plan to more than 500 SF on the larger ones, and they are measured separately from the interior.
Two levels
The Sky Villas, the Penthouses and two Collection One plans are multi-level homes, priced as their own category.
Deposit Schedule
40% of the price is paid before closing, in four steps tied to the contract and to construction, and the remaining 60% at closing. In the first 90 days the commitment is 15%: 10% at signing and 5% three months later. The next 15% waits for groundbreaking, targeted for May 2027.
Deposits are held by the escrow agent named in the purchase agreement. Under Florida law, a buyer of a new condominium may cancel within 15 days of signing the contract and receiving the condominium documents and recover the deposit.
All milestone dates are approximate. The prospectus and purchase agreement govern every date and amount.
Estimated HOA
The estimated association fee is about $2.10 per square foot per month, which reflects a full-service building with a large amenity program.
| Residence | Interior | Estimated HOA |
|---|---|---|
| One-bedroom and den, Collection Four CE | 1,176 SF | About $2,470 |
| Two-bedroom and den, Collection Two CD | 1,656 SF | About $3,480 |
| Three-bedroom and den, CB plan | 2,763 SF | About $5,800 |
| Four-bedroom and den, Collection Four CA | 3,178 SF | About $6,670 |
Illustrative arithmetic on the estimated rate and the interior areas on the plans. The assessed area and the budget in the condominium documents set the actual fee. Some services in the building carry additional fees.
